Depends on how we record a profit. If it's due to clever accounting or including things like the rebuilding grants, that's not as gratifying as seeing us actually record a profit from increased revenue.

Not really. A government grant isn't something you can hang your hat on and say, “Hey, we've done it, we're turning a profit” because next year, that big gaping hole won't be filled quite so easily.
