I heard something similiar over the weekend, but I thought they were looking for him for a spot on their rookie list as insurance if Jolly gets injured.

Yep, they are going to rookie him.
Was going to be a ruck coach but looks like he'll be on their list, he's also flown to Utah.

And here I was thinking he "retired" from us because he wanted to go home to QLD... seems he's not as homesick as we were lead to believe. OH well.

What happened to the physio business?
Didn't he move up to Brissie for family reasons?
Good luck to Huddo

It was more than obvious he didn't leave us willingly, he was pushed out to give Minson and Roughead game time.
Good luck to the beard. At this rate Minson will end up retired before him..

Would you have wanted him to continue with us at the expense of Minson?
I think he was cooked with us and have nothing but admiration for what he dîd for us. If he can continue to squeeze more football out of himself elsewhere, good luck to him.

My gripe is that Ledge started a new thread rather than adding to the existing one about his beard. That thread deserves the most post on Woof.
Wonder whatever happened to easybeat (original thread starter)?

One of the great characters in this era of the game and his story just keeps growing. Ben gave us his best, I will always respect him and his time in the tricolours. Wish him well as he squeezes everything out of the opportunities that present themselves.

Our 'The Beard' t-shirts are going to be collectors items. After his first game with the filth they'll jump up in value.
