THE AFL's first ''gay pride'' game is being proposed between the powerhouse clubs Sydney and Hawthorn next season as part of a broader plan to tackle homophobia and make football more inclusive.
The Sunday Age believes the round 23 game at ANZ Stadium between 2012's grand finalists has been earmarked by AFL and club bosses as a potential themed fixture to promote sexual diversity.
