A man doesn't grow a beard, he only ceases to shave it off. I like it. It's got a fair bit of character in it too.

I said 'some' not 'I'... As I have stated before he has this year to prove himself, until then I will continue to give him some latitude.

And I'm not going to judge him on win:loss because we are going to struggle.
