damn, that really didn't come out well, just to clarify on some of the pick 5 possibilities,

Lachlan Henderson got on average 1.8 goals, 14.3 disposals and 5.3 marks in 6 matches

Ben Mcevoy got on average 1.6 goals, 16 disposals, 8 marks and 14.4 hitouts in 18 matches

Jarrod Grant got on average 3.4, 17.5 disposals and 6.7 marks (including 2.9 con.) in 8 matches

From what i have seen of Ben Mcevoy (which is 2 minutes online), he looks a bit slow. He is in between a CHF and a ruckman size. I would prefer a mobile 6'4 player (with good hands)

As supporters we have gotten very used to the Clayton regular type draft picks so it will be an interesting process if we do take McEvoy because we never have taken a guy that big with our first pick

Cleary given our lack of success something needs to change - I dont know enough about it to know if McEvoy is the right pick for us

That'll probably be the hardest thing for clubs to decide on. Eg. We are after a powerhouse forward, but is it drafting a player like Darcy if we go for McEvoy? We're obviously after a young quality ruck too, but I think our main focus is picking up a couple KPFs. In that case, do we pass on McEvoy?

It's a tough one. Even Grant - despite being a very good contested mark - is only 191cm, does that have an effect on who we'll take? It's a risk, as are all draftees to an extent, but it can be hard to predict if a player will fall into the "in between" category which McEvoy & Grant could.
