Just posted up by MelbourneFC that Daniel Cross will miss the next 4 - 6 weeks with a fractured leg which happened late in the game against North Melbourne.
Tough luck for Crossy. I was kind of looking forward to seeing him go about his business against us this weekend.

4-6 sounds optimistic. Might have played his last game, which would make his transition to Melbourne a forgettable one

No reason why he can't play on. Has been one of their best this year.
Would certainly be retained for next season based on form and contribution to the side. I don't think they are mature enough, or progressed as much as Roos would like to be with their understanding of the game plan, to lose Cross at the end of this year.

Hope he comes back before seasons end.
I'd imagine he'd go around again next season .

I reckon Crossy will be back before the end of the season.

It's a shame for him. He will be back in record time

Still a firm favorite of mine and impossible to believe he won't defy the odds. Best of luck for his recovery.

Terrible luck for Crossy. I wish him all the best.
Just heard on the radio that Melbourne are wrapped with Crossy and are definitely going to re-sign him for nest season.
