Once the Round 20 match against St. Kilda is completed, let us know the three things you learned after watching the match.

Be constructive but be honest.

Three Things Y'All

1.Jake Stringers highlight reel is going to be awesome.
2.No matter how far in front the dogs are you can never relax.
3. If a player is free ahead just push your opponent in the back as he kicks so it comes back.

1. Watching Jake Stringer ridicule defenders is a good way to spend an afternoon
2. As much as he battles for us, Minson's inability to have an impact in the air and around the ground really restricts us. Every good team has a ruck man that has a good pair of mitts and is able to put the opposition defence under pressure. Big Minno just can't do that. The sooner the Cx2 combination (Campbell & Cordy) develops into AFL standard, the better.
3. We need a proper key defender more than anything on our list. Any thoughts?

Point 3 drove me bonkers. That is just poor poor officiating .

1.Jake Stringers highlight reel is already freaking awesome.

Edited for accuracy

1. The argument on where Stringer plays is well and truly over.
2. We don't have the killer instinct to bury ordinary opposition yet. St Kilda were pedestrian. We kept letting them back in the game. We should have won by 8 goals.
3. We need to work on cutting down the leading and short passing game of our opponents.

1. Darley is worth persisting with. Some very sharp passes today.
2. Hrovat is already a fantastic decision maker on the field
3. Cooney, if well managed, may just have a couple of good years left

always right

1. Cooney is the worst tackler in the team but still the most exciting on the burst.
2. Stringer never loses his feet and knows how to move his body to beat his opponent
3. Love Dahlhaus and his desperation but what has happened to his kicking?

Agree with point #1. Some of his passes on the right foot today were un-defendable. I just re-read your post. I agree with #3 too.

Now for my points.
1. Stuff Lenny. I love Jake
2. Cooney will need to be managed next year but I think we can get 15 - 16 games out of him.
3. I don't think we will be afforded the same level of appreciation from the umpires in Gia's last home game. That was disgraceful today.

1. Good performances today by Cooney and Higgins who were a bit lucky to be selected.
2. Our skill level is still no where good enough with far too many turnovers.
3. Is it time to play Roughy who was too slow for Gwilt as a forward?

1. Cooney and Higgins are all class.

2. We can win when the opposition is coming home strongly

3. We are still looking for a leading marking full forward.

1. The reports of Adam Cooney's football death may have been premature
2. Umpires are unlikely to ever give Will the benefit of the doubt.
3. Stew Crameri likes to celebrate with birthday goals.

Was thinking the exact same thing. Absolute crap.

1.We should have won by 50 plus points
2.Jake Stringer will have one of the best highlight reels at the end of his career
3.Bonti's last quarter was pretty special really wished he nailed that goal but boy he is going to be such a big game player for us.

1. Coons can still put the jets on. Great to watch.

2. Stringer is a machine.

3. We need to improve our back six before worrying about our forwards.

1. We played as well as we had to. We played well to get forward of the ball, but not so well when getting numbers back to defend (reminded me a bit of the Rocket days)
2. Stringer was great at breaking free against a side like St Kilda.
3. Our midfield communication appears to go missing too often. At once stage Will palmed the ball to one side and the only players there were Saints.

1) gotta get better defensively
2) the Lenny lovefest was a bit OTT.
3) our young players are carrying more of the load than 12 months ago.
