All Austin has to do is block space and we're away, instead he stands in no man's land and we turn it over for a goal. He's just lost on a footy field.

Hrovat is racking up the errors. That missed set shot never looked like it despite hitting the post.
Noticeable difference in athletic abilities of both sides.

Most uninteresting game I've ever been to. No intensity, yet we still turn it over with abandon.
We dont look on today. Opportunity for the Giants to get a scalp here.

Our continued lack of skill is shocking. They look largely disinterested.

Cannot believe we got baby sitters so we could come to this pathetic display. Think we might leave at half time, this is woeful.

Gee this is a good old fashioned are kicking at the moment. We are just making way too many costly errors.
Athletic teams like Brisbane and GWS can really expose us.

There must be a seriously good player or trade available for pick 5

Another horrid turnover this time from Gia. We need Crameri to slot this

Just embarrassing. Skill level is terrible, defensive work rate is non-existent. 18 tackles in a half says it all. Confirms my theory that milestone games don't change the way a team performs, unless they all secretly hate Gia.

Pretty disappointing half. Obvious most have their eyes on the off-season already.
Bont provided a few good moments, Dahl and Hrovat been ok and Stringer made a bit of a few opportunities.
Deflating end to a disappointing season looking likely.

We are just walking, I'm sure Macca will fire them up. We walked through and are 26 down I'm expecting us to straighten up and get home.

Just a pathetic effort in the first half, nothing short of shameful for professional players accepting a pay check.
Need to be much tighter on them and stop allowing them to get behind us on a turnover.

Bugg, although not a lot in it.
I'm hoping the TV coverage missed Jake's multiple punches to the head to a prostrate GWS player early in the fracas otherwise we will be without the boy for our opening rounds next season. He certainly knows how to land one (or three).

Don't blame him for being honest.
He talked today at the players sponsors.
- Starts a new job tomorrow in player management. Also will be doing some mortgage broking.
- Wanted to finish last season but said when they club told him he was wanted it was hard to say no.
- Wont miss mad Monday. He said if you have been to one they are all the same. Gia will cop it.
- Talked about his injuries.
- Wont be returning to Brisbane except for holidays. Really wants to experience Melbourne now he isn't playing football
- Said it will be good to go to games next year and have a beer.
- Has enjoyed doing some coaching at Footscray.

Our passion probably deludes us into forgetting that it's a profession for these guys. In Gia's farewell message to team mates that that was published on the club site it struck me when he said 'coming into work', realistically that's what it is.

Said he saw Rohan Smith breakdown in front of the playing group when he retired and he thought I'm not a crier so that won't happen to me but he was wrong.

The only good thing about that game was that it should leave them with no illusions as to how hard they have to work over the preseason.
I cannot believe how bad our set shots are... Koby not making the distance at the end. Appalling.

Was it? I was so agitated I didn't even notice. Although I did wonder why Mummy played on he marked it.
Couldn't hear the commentary either as my 9yo kept complaining loudly about how average we are and how he's supporting the hawks next year. Wasn't a happy day (and he won't be happy either when Santa doesn't visit him at year end).
Interviewing Tom Williams: So Tom, do you miss being out there?
Tom: Nuh!
Yeh and if they interviewed me and asked if I missed Tom Williams out there, I would have given the same answer.
