All, we have run out of memory given the traffic over the last few days, I will look at fixing this now

I've had to close down a number of additional boards to keep the main ones running

The oracle professed such a man would would have the power to change humanity and destroy the machines. So Tom Boyd is the one.

You really need a donate button, GVG.

I've closed a few 'fun' threads.
If I haven't opened them up by tomorrow drop me a message and I will. Just don't want the site to go down again.

I think we will be back to normal later today or early tomorrow. I might try and do a backup

I hope TRJWNSS (did I get the letters right?) hasn't been closed. And the Internet Scavenger Hunt, I liked that...

I said to someone yesterday "The forum has gone nuts. We broke the Internet"

No I'm over that now Stache :) Yes it was fun but I think now after the last week there are more important issues to discuss concerning the club. It's good occasionally for a change sometimes.

There will be a few adjustments today for a number of members as some older posts have been archived.
Trying to work out a way of backing up the site in a quicker manner. It should settle down now.

I think there was about 4,400 posts archived today, most were from 2007 to 2010.
It primarily looked at threads with only 4 posts or less.

We have had almost 395,000 posts since the forum started so it's only a small amount.

This could become a task that is performed every few months as it should help me with the time it takes to back-up the site. I run the back-up each week.

So you think your God? I'd prefer you start with my memories of 2007-2010 first staring with some shoddy umpiring and poor goal kicking in prelim finals... Please? :)

4,400 posts out of 395,000 makes it a bit over 1% of the total posts. Is that right?
