I agree he should have more consistency in his performance early days(which he has now over the last couple of years being lucky enough to be finely playing in a semi decent team), but Cooneys been a shadow since he banged up his knee and has been no where near effective.

But to be fair to Coons you can only compare them both at the peak of their powers.
CoonDog for explosiveness and for sheer excitement i would take any day of the week.

Spot on. I've seen Cooney win games and a Brownlow only to see him cut down at his prime. Deledio is a very good player but he's not in Cooney's class.
