I know it's a bit late for this thread (again) but here goes.

For me the game that comes to mind, unfortunately, is way back in Round 1 1997.
We had relocated from our spiritual home to of all places, Princes Park. It also heralded our first game under Terry Wallace.

Anyway to cut to the chase, we lost in the dying seconds. Now if you thought last weeks loss to the saints was a downer, that had nothing on the feeling after the final siren that day, 18 years ago. And Terry, famously admonished Greg Denham at the press conference afterwards. Unfortunately i can't remember the putdown.

Mind you we did go on to have a pretty good season. Just saying.

I can't forget the Mothers Day Massacre at Ethiad when our team was booed off the ground. Dunno what year it was but we lost by 88 points

1995 at Whitten Oval. After we led comfortably all day suddenly Freo came at us kicking the last four goals of the game. Ben Allan has a set shot right on the siren from 35 metres out to win the match but misses everything and we win by 3 or 4 points.
