After watching yesterday's game against the Giants, Brendan Bolton has informed Carlton officials that he intends to exercise the "cooling off" period, contained in his letter of offer from the Blues.

That's a great point. With picks 1+2 outstanding KP prospects, they'll find it very hard not to let Kruezer go.

Yep, especially if an offer on a free agent got them first round compo. Picks 1 and 2 is way better than 4 and 5 as it would be now. Also if Carlton can get top FA compo they drop from pick 3 to 4. And Silvagni Jnr depending on the price. The cheats could have a massive rebuilding year especially if they get good compo for Yarran and Hendo. Outside of us, they're the team in interested in their list management. It could be a huge success or failure. But I don't think Silvagni would do a Jones trade again.

I actually think Karnetzis has ability, but really only as a tall/mid mobile forward, so we'd be the last place he'd want to come as he's not getting a game ahead of Stringer, Crameri or Dickson.
