Breaking News: In some great news for the Western Bulldogs, we can announce they have already secured the biggest player recruitment coup for 2016. The dogs for 2016 have landed the 2014 number one contested clearance gun Tom Liberatore, son of club legend Tony, who will make a massive impact to the dogs midfield. This coup backs up the coup of the so called once in a generation key forward in Tom Boyd. The dogs also hope to see Koby Stevens, Jason Johanisen, Jordan Roughead and Clay Smith back from injury to add to the stocks. Young guns Caleb Daniel, Magic McLean, Lukas Webb, Bailey Dale and Zaine Cordy should expect to place pressure on match selections with strong preseasons. Michael Talia, Ayce Cordy and Will Minson may seek trades to bolster their draft position of picks 12, 30 and 48 and a potential father son in Darcy McPherson. Any player movement out will also free up salary to raid the free agent market.

More to come.
