The pups are slowly growing up, and Lachie has been fantastic this year, accumulating an average 30 plus disposals per week - at 21 years old, the youngest player in the AFL to be top 5.

Looking forward to seeing him improve more over the next few years.

He has played some cracking football this year.

Love the way this guys go told to pull his head in and start training harder. That's what he did and is playing great football. Can't wait for them all to be two or three years older and harder. Will be fun to watch

Congratulations Lachie. True born bulldog

Well done Lachie.
I'll put my hand up and say that I didn't think that Lachie would realise his full potential.
But kudo's to him as he has come on to be one of our most consistent accumulatoors of the pill.

Having a great year - he's crept up to 50 pretty quickly after a slow start.

Well done Lachie, let's hope it's a win!

Another great game by Lachie. Great improvement in such a short time.

Top game from Hunter yesterday against Sydney. He is one of a clutch of players we have who just do not give up, no matter how much the game is going against us.

Hunter's first preseason, players were paired up to compete against each other. Lachie with Macrae. Lachie beat Jackson, in the air,on the ground at every contest I saw. He has his mum's genes, the McVie ones with Mark's to finish the pedigree. What a game he played yesterday. Start having sons soon.

I had great thoughts of him being another Eddie Betts but he was thrown into the midfield, not as good as he used to be in front of goal but his tank is huge and he will only get better.

If he can get his disposal up he becomes elite. Imagine a player that accumulates 30 odd possessions a game and never miss a target.

Brownlow medal 'dark horse'? (just put $10 on him to win it)

To think we snared him with a third/fourth round pick

This time last year I wanted his papers stamped, now you'd be hard pressed to not put him in our top 5 players. Well done Lachie.

Still wish he took that hanger where he got sideways on someone's shoulders against St Kilda (or maybe Essendon).

Only 3 players in the league have touched the ball more times that Lachie this year - (Neale, Hanneberry, Danger).
