Looks like he's done the same shoulder badly again. With the road back going to worse than it sounded like for him, have we seen the end maybe? It's not like there's a premiership to come back for. I'm sure he could stay on as an ambassador and assistant coach and still pocket a large sum of money while. If the contract ended early then they sign up all their guns if it's only about money.

P.s. It's horrible for him, but playing them in Cairns is a little better for us now.

Never good for a legend of the game to have their career ended by injury.

He's been a champ so I hope he has a speedy recovery

Stevo reckons at least 1 to 2 maybe even 3 weeks only.

That's great for him, it didn't look good. Good for us too.

I dare say Jarrad will get a chance to play us with more multiple injuries.

If Grant marks it 45 metres out on the siren and Gold Coast is 5 pts behind BT your heart will be so torn.:)

Perhaps, but we will all know the result before he kicks it! :D

Terrible new for Gaz - needs a shoulder reco and is done for the season.

Great news for us though. Never liked Ablett, great player, weird bloke. Bit like his Dad, just doesn't seem sincere.

Yeah terrible news. He is always great to watch. One of the best ever players, arguably the best. I was hoping he was only out for this week when we play them. :p
Get well soon Gazza.

Wish him well with his reco.
A greater player than we know, when considering how banged up he gets from opposition taggers ( honorable mention to Liam Picken, a man not afraid to target the injured bits of star players ).
