8 tickets per transaction. So does that mean we can buy if we wanted to 8 tickets under the one membership barcode.

Does anyone have a link to a map showing us where category A, B, C and that are?

Please and thank you.

Yes.

I thought it was only 1 ticket per membership. Might get a few extra if that's the case.

If its 2 Victorian teams playing at the MCG in a final then that might be the case. More demand being both local sides.

Couldn't imagine anyway the AFL give us a 9 day break and Sydney/ Crows a 6 day break

Caroline Wilson was adamant on 3aw this morning that we will play on Friday and that she had heard this at someone in afl last night-presumably at the 'g game. Hope she is right. Makes sense so teams playing today do not have 6 day turnaround. Will have to await formal announcement after tonight's match though to be 100% sure.

It will one ticket per membership, but you can buy 8 tickets at once, but to do so you will need 8 memberships barcodes.

Ok yeah I was planning to just buy a ticket for myself. Will probably get one undercover but still closer. Understandable considering it is 2 Victorian teams at the MCG. More freedom it it was 1 Victorian and 1 Interstste side at the G like last year.

Was one ticket per barcode and max of 8 tics for perth game.

PS. Could only by tic same as membership type meaning adult mem could only buy adult tic, was a bit annoying for me as I used cousins in melb barcodes for our perth tics and they were all adult members so had to buy 4 adults instead of the 2 adults 2 kids I needed.

PPS.Mind you after the win I would pay double price to see that.

Bummer, will be buying for my wife also who is a Hawks supporter, so I'll have wait until the GP tix go on sale (or use one of the kids memberships and hope for some very inattentive gate attendants)

As I said in post #12, for the Cats v Hawks game, members could by 4 TICKETS PER MEMBERSHIP with a total of 10 in a transaction.

I would suggest it will be the same this week or at least 2.

I'm confused (it's how its been worded). If I want to buy 3 tickets for 3 Bulldog members at 9am, do I need each of our member barcode numbers? Or do I just buy the 3 tickets with one membership?

Edit: just figured it out, sorry! #dumb

Hi Craig, our advice from the AFL this morning was that the transaction limit is for 10 tickets per member. Go Dogs!

I hope they're right. FWIW, the whorethorn website has the same info as ours.

Oh Right! I see. I thought you might have been banned from the MCG for running on the ground or punching a security officer so you had to go undercover so they wouldn't know it was you. That's all OK then.

I'd go with the lower number in my estimates to be safe.

And the people who get in early will get allocated crap seats, someone who comes in Friday morning will get front row.

Its a distressing experience. Thankfully I was logged on ready to go, refreshed at the right moment and got the tickets sorted with minimal fuss and :30 seconds left on their timer. "Best available" in Cat 2 at 9:01AM Monday morning was lvl 2 row J Olympic Stand N57 Amazed that it couldn't have got a front row etc.
