Heard this mentioned a few times about a club we've got set up. Anyone got some insight into this?

How great is it to be trend setters and have an influence on how footy is going to be played from now on.

Only have heard they break up into groups and do half an hour at training a few times a week.
It is apparently in close under pressure and moving the ball very quickly.

It's kind of similar to the Napoleon Dynamite Happy Hands club, I think.

At the start of Bevo's first preseason the players used to break into their line units and play games the defenders mainly played futball and the mids played A handball game where the aim was to hamdball the way through groups of opposition players while being tackled. You could see the genesis of what they were doing over the last month back then.

But this pre season they did a lot of closed sessions where I assume they refined it and spread it out amongst the rest of the team. I can remember saying to one of the grumbling regulars, it was the first time we could ever remember not actually being allowed into a training session, "I don't mind if they are perfecting a game plant that wins us a flag" heheh!
