For the first time, the Charles Sutton Medal will be live streamed on westernbulldogs.com.au on Wednesday night.

Thanks to the support of Allied Express, the sold-out event at Crown Palladium will be available for fans outside the room to share in for the first time.

Hosted by Fox Footy and ABC Grandstand’s Gerard Whateley, the 2016 Sutton Medal will celebrate the premiership success of the AFL and VFL sides, along with the Hampson-Hardeman Cup triumph of the Bulldogs Women’s Team.

Amongst the plethora of individual awards, the night will culminate in the presentation of the Charles Sutton Medal to the Club’s best and fairest player.

In a historic year for the Western Bulldogs, Allied Express is pleased to be able to help the red, white and blue faithful across Australia and the globe share in the festivities on Wednesday night.

“Allied Express is delighted to support the Western Bulldogs as the 2016 Charles Sutton Best & Fairest live streaming partner in appreciation of our partnership with the club in 2016 and beyond,” said Collin McDowell, Allied Express CEO.

The live stream will commence at 7:30pm (AEDT) on westernbulldogs.com.au.

Adams was a lock for best first year player until injured. Dunkley has that wrapped up you'd imagine now.

Picko by slim margin over the Bont. Id Dahl had not been injured it could be a 3 way tie !!

Wow - what a year, what magnificent players we have.

Expecting him to get Biggs numbers?

By "Biggs," of course, I refer to both the surname name and the high quantity of his votes... Two meanings... Biggs... it's a homonym. Forget it.

This promises to be a great night given our magnificent season. I would think the Bont or Picken will emerge as the eventual winner with both players enjoying an excellent year. Easton Wood is another who should poll well as will Matthew Boyd. Hunter and Macrae were regular 20 plus possessions most weeks and can be expected to poll well.
Injuries should rule out Liberatore Dahlhaus and JJ who all played some outstanding football. Look towards Caleb Daniel to vote well following many fine games. I look forward to being in attendance.

I can't wait. I need to make a personal apology to Matthew Boyd when at the 2014 B&F we were discussing the final loss of the season which was Gia's last game, I commented 'yeah well as Bulldogs supporters we're used to that' and he looked crestfallen. Have felt terrible since!!

That's cold, Cinder. Cold.

On the plus side you can tell him how big a part of changing that he was.

That's pretty impressive since we used 36 players.

I know! I said it half joking but I guess maybe it didn't come across that way! Don't worry I'll definitely be telling him that!

Maybe that's what drove him on. Every time he didn't feel like doing that extra training he thought back to that cuttting remark at the B&F.

If it helps Cinder my young bloke was out clubbing after THE win on Saturday and had to remove his jumper. Later in the night he saw a bloke wearing the number 18 Bulldogs jumper and jokingly said hey mate who's number 18 Fletch turned around and said a f#####ng Bulldog legend. My young bloke was shattered but Fletch just wandered off leaving him kicking himself!!!!

An amazing atmosphere at the B&F with a sellout crowd of 1540 and a further 300 on the waiting list to get in. After our Grand Final win a further 500 bookings were taken. A highlight on the night was the choice of Liam Picken adjudged as our best Finals player. The Bulldog Shop has not been taking phone calls for the past 48 hours due to the unprecedented run on stocks.

Aside from Crammers holiday/honeymoon I'm reasonably sure that he still can't attend official club gatherings until ~13Nov.

There was a 2 month period prior to this date i.e 13Sep where the banned players were permitted to enter pre-season training only, in theory to get their bodies in a shape to play when the ban is lifted.

Odd he was allowed to train but not attend club functions.
