Its a no for me. I think getting inked is a personal decision. I can see how some of the players would want to do that given that it symbolises something they have achieved experienced. Not sure this extends to fans

I've been offered a free tattoo by an extremely good artist. I won't take it up, as creative as he is and as cutting as his images are I just can't get away from being a clean skin. It's who I am.

I stupidly said when I was a young bloke that I would get a tatt only when the Doggies won the flag.
My wife and two (now much older pups) reminded me five minutes after the siren, she even went as far as saying the money is in the bank when i needed it.
I will live up to my promise as I have always thought about getting one but I want to somehow include my two pups names, my old cricket club and the doggies flag.
Not sure how to go about it and might be 95 years old before it happens but will post when done.

I was getting a tattoo at Good Luck Tattoo in Richmond yesterday when a man walked in to get a 'Western Bulldogs Premiers 2016' tattoo! He got the new logo. I don't suppose it was any of you?

KT31- A good way to do it is to look up a few tattoo artists in your area on apps like Instagram- you get a pretty solid idea of their work quality and style. Then once you've picked an artist whose style you like, you can contact them and have a consult session with them (or email) about specifically what it is you're after and work with them to get a tattoo you're happy with!

I'm not a tattoo guy, so it's not for me. It's a style thing, I see a heap of his designs and while I admire the creativity and the talent that goes into them they just don't resonate with me. Others lap them up, he makes a good living out of it.

Got mine done yesterday . Logo and year , and all I can say it was like being scratched.
It feels a bit like sunburn, but not as painful as I thought .
Folks it's not regulated so be careful who you choose .
I went to the soul inn house in Moonee ponds, and I highly recommend them .
Just a heads up the parking around there is atrocious, with permit zones everywhere .

The Tattoo shop said they have done more Dogs GF tattoo's this year than any other team in previous years. But hey we have been waiting a while.
Did not actually ask if any players got a tattoo. My son was going to ask in question time but changed his question at the last minute.

I spoke to one of our local bar staff last night and she had just returned from a trip down to Melbourne, apparently she goes down each year to get a new tattoo done at the tattoo convention.
She didn't get a Doggies tatt (excellent looking wolf above her wrist) but I asked if many were and she said it would have to have been the most popular request at the convention.
