In less than three months, the Western Bulldogs will host the first AFL match in Ballarat for premiership points.
The Bulldogs will take on Port Adelaide in Round 22 at a revamped Eureka Stadium, as part of the club’s long-term commitment to the region.

The stadium is expected to hold approximately 11,000 fans once completed, with tickets for the match set to go on sale to the public in late June.
In the meantime, Western Bulldogs fans living in the Ballarat region can lock in a seat at the game by buying a three-game membership, or upgrading their membership with a Ballarat add-on.

For more details on the available membership options, visit the membership website (https://membership.westernbulldogs.com.au/ballarat-2).
For fans living outside the greater Ballarat area, tickets for the match can be secured now as part of a range of Ballarat tourism packages (http://www.visitballarat.com.au/bulldogs-deals).
More information about public on-sale dates and corporate packages will be communicated in the coming weeks.

To find out more about the Western Bulldogs’ commitment to the Ballarat region, visit the club’s Ballarat hub (http://www.westernbulldogs.com.au/club/ballarat).

I'm hoping that club members get first preference over the general public..

Who is going? I have the opportunity to go with the Community Foundation, I think I'll take it. Only issue is, where the heck to park. I would have to be there for 10:30 so that might help.

We are taking the family up, staying the night at Sovereign Hill and making a weekend of it (which should make Ballarat Council happy).

We were thinking of taking the train? Crazy?

It's probably very sensible ... I'm just not much of a PT person. I've got a friend in Ballarat, if I had any sense I ask her if I could park there and she could drop me at the ground!

If you're arriving at 10.30am, you should get a park at the Showgrounds next door
