I'm no good at votes but I have to admit to being surprised at the lack of love for Suckling (and to a lesser extent Hunter and Crozier).

When the chips were down, those three tried to bring us back. Suckling DID bring us back...and his effort on the wing in the lead-up to the missed shot on goal late in q3 was as good as anything I have seen this year. Sometimes courage is the willingness to put your head over the footy. Sometimes it is a willingness to run when you are hurting JUST IN CASE your team-mate might need you...running with no promise of reward is heart and soul and what teams are built on.

I thought about Suckling and Crozier (but not Hunter although you are right he ran and ran and ran all night.) but I wanted to fit Libba in.

He was huge, agree not sure why I didn't put him in. Went with a few mates who were neutrals and they thought he was a bit wishy washy as a player but watching him live they were all singing from a different hymn book.
I think I remembered the missed shot from 30 out, and that weird pass to no one in the goal square at the death. But I could put he or Lippa in no worries.
