First goal, after a huge tackle in the GF.

BMac loved him so much he told me (before FA window opened) that losing Higgins for second round compo and if it meant Cordy was matched at that pick, he considered that a ‘big win’.

100 games from the selection, but in the 60’s, not too shabby a return.

I love it when an opponent looks at skinny Zaine and thinks they will be able to break his tackle. Invariably they will be wrapped up by his long arms and stopped in their tracks.

Congratulations Zaine! I admit to being skeptical of his ability early on. He's still clearly limited with his pace but my goodness when he gets hold of someone the tackle is always worth the price of admission!

Congrats Zaine on 100. We get critical of him at times but he has been very solid I reckon in that defence this year. An important player and also a premiership player for us forever.

Interesting point. Shaggy had less love when he was forced to play KPD. When he got to play on players his size, his legacy was bigger.

He’s not Shaggy, but I wonder how effective he could be if matched against his weight division. I reckon I saw him half a dozen times or more live in the TAC Cup and Champs. I never thought we’d try to make him a KPD when we drafted him. But here we are.
