Matt Rendell, the decorated former Fitzroy player and renowned AFL recruiter, has died. He was 64.
Rendell died in hospital in Clayton on Wednesday, having collapsed due to a heart attack on Sunday (https://www.theage.com.au/link/follow-20170101-p5djn1) while walking his dog. He had been on life support since arriving at hospital via ambulance.
