Tempting...but a few blokes endeavoured reasonably well, if not always to great effect.

True. I am just venting my frustrations. I am just not sure who to give the points to this week.

Thought our backline was good for most of the day but much like late last year a torrent of easy possession out of the midfield and off half back made it impossible in the end. Thought Lake actually did well on Fev but if you've got Judd and Stevens delivering it with no pressure what can you do?

4- Gilbee (kept us in the game for 3 quarters with run and precision kicking from D50)
3- Cross (in an under again with reckless abandon, made a critical error but was a good player)
2- Welsh (did nothing up forward and was shifted back. I thought he read the play well back there and applied excellent pressure)
1- Hargrave (again found space and applied good pressure in D50)

Just as a side note, hasn't Hargrave been a big improver in the last 8 weeks?

Probably been our most consistent player throughout the year.

There is no such word as cosistent. It's not that hard to work out, look at the Marmo awards over the last month, Gilbee polling higher than Cooney. So Gilbee along with Hargrave (who by the way was getting bagged early year for poor form because of a sore foot) are the two most improved players over say the last 6 weeks. I meant to reply to GVGjr's post as below VVVVVVVVV

If you haven't placed your votes now is the time - voting closes in 10 minutes.
Note: First and second at this stage are very close in votes (1) vote separates them. Outcome can change with your vote if you haven't placed it yet.
