Josh Hill, Western Bulldogs, has been charged with a Level One bumping or making forceful contact from front-on offence against Andrew Mackie, Geelong, during the third quarter of the First Preliminary Final between the Western Bulldogs and Geelong, played at the MCG on Friday September 19, 2008.
In summary, he can accept a reprimand and 93.75 points towards his future record with an early plea.
The incident was assessed as negligent conduct (one points), low impact (one point) and high contact (two points). This is a total of four activation points, resulting in a classification of a Level Two offence, drawing 125 demerit points and a one-match sanction. He has no good or bad record.
