Standing at Flinders Street waiting for a train and up walks Rohan Smith & his family..was looking even more shattered than me. Said a few words and he even posed for a photo with a little annoying youth. Good bloke Smithy. Will edit with votes later, too exhausted to think.

4, 3, 2, 1 (if allowed) - Brian Lake.
3 - Matthew Boyd (in everything -- how many clearances did the bloke have?!!)
2 - Liam Picken (stats don't show his influence -- was torched by Davis for 5 mins, but very important player...)
1 - Callan Ward (again, not a stats thing.. just some of the courage and composure would have shown up some of his more experienced teammates)
Apologies to Griff.. getting run down in when in acres of space in a crucial part of 4th quarter really blighted an otherwise solid performance...

Mainly gave votes to guys who tried to make the play when we were stagnant, aside from Brian who was our only clear 4 quarter winner.

4. Lake - great game.
3. Boyd - so composed and strong through the middle now.
2. Hargrave - continues to find a lot of it.
1. Harbrow - his dash and ability to create play and take it on was needed, and refreshing.
2. Harbrow
1. Ward - thought he did a few good things, not huge numbers but what he did was quality.
Higgins unlucky, but did a few silly things and missed a few goals that should be his bread and butter (although he wasn't alone).

He did. Jarrod has struggled a bit on small guys who are strong over head.

Interesting that you gave Higgins 3 votes when I thought he was severely hampered by his groin and other than managing a few goals hardly did anything else.
I didn't give Murphy a vote but I thought he was pretty much the reason we got back into the game in the last.
Each to their own.

Wasn't he on Dick?
Harbrow was on Davis when he took his big mark and kicked a goal but Davis spent most of that quarter on Hargrave.

James
2. Shaun Higgins - Another 3 goals for the little champ
1. Callan Ward - Hard at it, acceleration with the ball looked better last night

Yeah fair enough, i just thought during most of the game, Higgins was by far our most dangerous player, i gave my votes to him for that reason over all round consistancy for the entire game, i rated his pack mark & goals out wide on the boundary as class, whilst alot of our players really struggled for those first 3 quarters.
Murph was good in the last, Griff also stepped up somewhat, but what they showed to me for those first 3 quarters was quite ordinary, kicking was shocking.
