2010 memberships

I still firmly believe that we will realise 35,000 members before the cut-off as at June 30,2010.
Lets make history and give this campaign one last push! We had fabulous merchandise sales last weekend at the WB v Brisbane game. We can do this.

I have mentioned this a number of times to merchandising, only to fall on deaf ears ... What about your interstate / country members ???

I would have loved to bought some new gear at the sales but when I rang I was told YET AGAIN that I have to go to the booth in person with the voucher ... :mad:

Ring the Merchandise Department at the WB and ask for Scott Seward. Tell him that Susan Alberti has requested you to do so. Tell him once again of your concern and if this does not work, contact Susan at the Club and she will personally look into the matter for you. Sorry this is being made difficult for you.

They've also changed the banner ad to a big picture of Baz and the catch phrase Go Dogs! Obviously we're no longer in the membership selling phase.

June 30 was the last day for memberships to go to clubs so whatever the total was at 5pm(?) yesterday that is it.

Final total membership is now showing on the club's website:

They seemed to "find" a few hundred in the last couple of days!

Will be interesting to see what our final game day figure is - must be about 32k which has been the long term target.

Our final official membership has been revealed:

32077

This is a 13.7% increase from last year. 32k has been a long term target so congratulations to the club and all who purchased them.

You have to take all these figures with a bit of grain of salt, but it's good to see we've moved well past Port and North. In terms off gameday access members we would be well ahead of Melbourne who have thousands of $50 MCC memberships included.
