Adelaide just had its first earth tremor in 56 years...very minor but...
Last time Adelaide had an earthquake 1954, last time the dogs won a premiership 1954.

I wasn't around for the 54 earthquake, and I was out in the country at my parents house so I missed this one, too.
Things are looking good.

I was out in Richmond last night and didn't feel it, but know quite a few people whose houses shook quite a bit.

Came out of the Mountain Goats gig none the wiser and a random drunk chick walking down the street was excitedly telling me about it and I was more than just a little sceptical. She kept trying to show me status updates on Facebook on her phone.
Hopefully that is not how I find out about us winning the Premiership.
On a bit of a tangent, a cat supporting mate of mine woke up in an Ambulance on Grand Final '08 (letting his drinking get the better of his diabetes) and the first thing the Ambo said when he came to was "Cats lost".

I was reading, the whole house shook and the roller doors made a helluva racket. So heres me up to my eyeballs in double brick debt and all I care about is that its a sign the dogs will be premiers. Never doubt the faith of a dog supporter..

Actually it might be a sign of something far more sinister. Consider how may earthquakes there have been around the "ring of fire" recently.....Haiti, Chile, Baja California, Cuba, Sumatra, Eureka in California, Venezuela and China......the "big one" can't be far away.

In tonights performance it may have just been the sounds of Will Minson landing at Williamstown.

I might go in for Will defence here, I don't think he played any worse than some of his team mates. Also they were kicking it to him coming out of defence, so he was at least providing a target. Which means that the ball carriers weren't.

No, but he's had some shocking efforts in recent weeks. And "that" kick out of bounds... well, if that doesn't seal his fate for Rd 5...
