Bulldog's sky-high injury fix

WESTERN Bulldogs defender Ryan Hargrave has turned to NASA space technology in a bid to be ready for senior selection by round five.

The 29-year-old is in the middle of a lengthy rehabilitation from two bouts of surgery on his left foot and new club rehab physiotherapist Richard Wallace has devised a range of cross-training activities to try to help Hargrave back to full fitness.

Ground control to major Tom! It was evident last season Hargrave was injured,we got absolutely no run from him
