Thanks to a rule change in the WAFL, there is no provision to suspend Daniel Kerr for this:

That elbow wouldn't look out of place in the UFC.
What a joke!

He's always been a dirty, fiery hot-head.
Master of the cheap-shot.

He was not reported in the match and a new WAFL rule this season prevents umpires lodging a notice of investigation unless there is a melee.
Despite the television evidence, a WAFL spokesman said last night the only way the matter could be pursued was if Claremont submitted a notice of investigation.
Tigers football manager Dean Horsington said the club would not pursue any action.

I'd like to think Karma has already been visiting this crap bloke over the last few years, hope it gives it another reason to ring his doorbell.
I was there.
It was bad. Elbow aside, Kerr played very well in what I read was his first ever game for East Fremantle which seems quite remarkable to me.
Claremont were very impressive - geez they have a good side. Will be interesting to see how they go in the Foxtel cup. Speaking to the coach yesterday he said he had 30+ legitimate league players to choose from...if he is right then they might just have the depth to take it out.

Ross Lewis from the West Australian twittered :-
#WAFL HQ has executive power to investigate Kerr incident even though no report. Pressure on them to intervene or its a bad look. #AFL
It will be interesting to see if they do

This bloke has a serious problem. Perfect example of a bloke who thinks he is untouchable and has always had someone to clean up his mess. At his best he is elite but off the field he is a total FIGJAM.
