Throw that in with a blood sugar test every time he came to the bench, carefully controlling his sugar levels through the game (Far from ideal when you're smashing through gatorade to rehydrate I'd imagine) and that's a hell of a lot of hurdles to clear just to be a depth player.
Dale Weightman also had the same problem and going back 30 years wouldn’t have had the technology they have today.
Unbelievable drive and determination/ courage to be able to do it.

Lukas Webb has signed for the Northern Blues having missed out on a spot on Carlton’s AFL list.

He is a pretty good footballer, showed enough at AFL level before it all turned to shit for him. His story is one of the shit ones that makes the cut and thrust of AFL pretty sad sometimes.

Yep, good player. If he can shake his injuries and get a solid run at it then there will a spot on a list and in a team somewhere for him.

I'm not dirty that we lost players to the expansion.
Richmond AFLW are win less after there pillaging Conti a star will most likely go through the season without a win and no surprise Brennan is missing games through injury although looking back may be out rated.

Agree you can see signs and as the games crosser fades out we should see an increase in skill hopefully for the girls that have had more development through the ranks.
Not knocking those girls from other sports as they are talented sports women that were needed to get the comp going but we need to see natural footballers emerge.

Alister Ford had a skin cancer removed from his shoulder last week , he is fine but the photo is pretty scary looks like a shark has taken a chunk out of him.
He posted that everyone should get checked no matter how small a spot is.

Who would be the coach? Malthouse, Wallace or Eade? I think that they are the only coaches to coach another team after us
