Reading the history I concluded that Achilles was just a heel.
You're far too cerebral for me Bulldog Joe - I was referencing one of Jeff Hayward's quotes from "The Club" (knowing there are quite a few fans of that movie on Woof)

Speaking of "The Club", I can't wait to see "37", the Melbourne Theatre Company's new footy play. I've got tickets for next week. Very strong reviews.

Let us know if it is worth seeing.

Sweet named as an emergency for Port. Their equivalent of WOOF (zap?) must be experiencing record post counts.

How could Port fail him like that?
Re: Following our exes...................
He should consider his options if he's not being respected.

I thought exactly the same when I saw it . Once a bulldog always a bulldog.
Must say neither have changed in the way they play .
Cordy the awkward backman and Lipinski the outside runner who will get kicks but won’t run back and defend.

Would they get a match with us now?
Re: Following our exes...................
I still have massive mixed feelings about whether I want Patty Lipinski playing with us.
If things are going at plan or a bit better he is complimentary to any side. It just slips and slides from there at different rates but he's clean, maybe a bit slow, but clean.
On quality alone he gets a list spot, but the argument about too many of the same paced mids getting around gathers pace. Interesting to see how he goes from here, he was great early tonight.

I’m not saying this to be instagram commenty but it’s not relevant if we had him because Bevo wouldn’t pick him. He was DONE with him after that Tigers game in 2021.
I’m also mixed on him as well. I think he’s plainly better than Baker/Poulter/etc but he also has the exact same limitations that are killing us right now, with some mind numbing lapses in concentration thrown in.

He should be with the dogs instead of Treloar. He's a very good footballer.

I don’t think so.
They are both the same player they were with us.

Funny you say that, I watched the last quarter and my wife asked me whether I think he should still be with us. Like you, I have mixed feelings, but remember with the midfield we have, he is even slower than them, and the answer to her was no.
