The young Bulldog who reminds Jason Johannisen of two AFL stars
JJ shares his thoughts on Ryley Sanders, Baz Smith and how preseason training is progressing

Thanks Gary, beat me to it!
Re: Bulldog Sound clouds, audio and podcasts.
Nice little interview with JJ. Some good insights.
If Sander's is as half as good as JJ is saying, he is going to be superstar.
Re: Bulldog Sound clouds, audio and podcasts.
Worth having a listen to Ameet being interviewed by Gerrard this morning. It's a comprehensive interview

I'm sure Sedat has already listened to the interview multiple times.

Goal is to play finals xD
No top 4 rhetoric this year.

I absolutely love a good podcast. Mostly listen when I'm driving or running. What is everyone's go to AFL Podcasts? I don't think we have a high standard like some other genres.
In regards to non AFL podcasts. Some I frequently listen to.
The Rest is History. Great podcast on you guessed it, history.
Acquired. Deep dive into companies history. Long format.
Inside Running. All things Australian Running.
Lex Fridman. Long format interviews. Has some good guests.
The Money Cafe. All things finance with Alan Kohler.
The Joe Pomp Show. Breaks down the business side of sports.
The Real Science of Sport. As the names suggests, breaks down the science behind physical peformance.

Dominic Sandbrook and Tom Holland I can not get enough.
Danny Boyd is the only footy related one I listen to.

I don't care for him...
I listen to
The Adventure Zone: a D&D comedy podcast
Comedy Bang Bang: an improv based comedy podcast
Behind the Bastards: A look at the worst people in history
The Besties: A video game podcast
The Fear& podcast: 4 streamers just talking
A Signified podcast: A youtuber who partly analyses pop culture through a black lens and partly analyses politics and society talking to a guest
They're the main one's I'm current on that are ongoing.
One for the backlogs is The Dead Authors Pod which is long finished. Comedian and GOAT podcast guest Paul F Tompkins as HG Wells brings dead authors to the present with his time machine to talk to them about their work. One of the most memorable moments was Ben Schwartz as Roald Dahl learning about his antisemetic views. Best episode being the 2 parter with Andy Daly as L. Ron Hubbard.

Thanks will check some of those out. I don't mind Lex if he has good guests like Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg, Isaacson, Andreessen, etc

Also people I don't care for personally. Behind the Bastards has episodes on all 3 of them actually. That said if Fridman ever talks to experts in scientific or engineering fields (other STEM Lords) I can imagine the show being much more interesting. If I ever listen to someone like Musk or Zuckerburg being interviewed I want to hear someone challenging them, not sure Fridman is the guy as he seems to admire those types

I have a mixed view on all of them but still found all of their interviews fascinating in parts and especially Bezos who has rarely granted such interviews. I'm sure they decide to do Fridman as they are not going to get overly cross examined, it is a softball talk, but it is still normally a two hour discussion, that isn't scripted and at least fleshes out their insights and views without filtering.

Bezos strikes me as the most competent of the 3, probably due in part because he's smart enough to stay out of the media more.
