He has always been bang on with the score review system. It was a mess and it remains a mess.

I don't hate KW-W at all. I certainly have a healthy disregard for career corporatists in general, of which she is one of many who are involved in the AFEL and using the profile as a career stepping stone, but who are not the slightest bit invested in the actual game. Career corporatists have contributed absolutely nothing to the fabric of society. Likewise career politicians but multiplied by 100.

I'm not always a fan of ARC, would definitely be in favour of improved technology, but last night the evidence was there for the ball passing over the post. If all three synchronised angles show the ball being in line with the post, that means the ball must be directly over the top of the post. The trouble is the ARC reviewers knew this, while everyone else watching on didn't, so the decision came as a shock. Everyone else was looking at this angle or that angle, the reviewers were looking at them simultaneously.

Richmond have only themselves to blame. They were a seriously good team in 2022 who panicked badly in several close games all season, costing them a top 4 spot and much easier passage in September. They blew a genuine chance at a 4th premiership in this era through their own ineptitude.

Kinda like what we've been doing every year since 2016?

I would be upset about the ARC.
I would be more upset about the advantage call in the 2nd quarter that somehow resulted in the ball being taken off Richmond and - because the Richmond players justifiably reacted to the stupid decision and protested, 50m that resulted in a goal to young Willmott.
It was 100% stupid.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

I could think of worse. Much, much worse. Then again I'm a very sick puppy.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
