One day my mate asked him for a few tips on how to beat up a bouncer (yeah stupid we were late teens). Rocky said, pick up a big stick and whack him over the head
I can imagine you with your white socks pulled half way up your shins, white singlet and white shorts doing medicine ball work (in black and white).
TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Re: Following our exes...................
I worked with a boxer known as stretch Anderson in the 80s he was punch drunk to the max, spent most days reading mien kampf and doing rubics cube. Came in one day looking for the bosses , none around so he went to brashes greensborough , shot his ex wife and her gf then walked out the front and blew his head off.
I was very young and had a few run ins with him, scared the living shit out of me at the time.
It was definitely the punches in the head that affected him.

Rocky Mattioli's initial boxing coach/trainer was Bulldog immortal Ambrose Palmer.
Palmer was also trainer of the great Johnny Famechon.

Ambrose falls in with the great sunshine cricketer and airforce pilot in WW2 , Keith Miller , anything they did they were exceptional at.

LAKE WINDS BACK THE CLOCK
On his day, Brian Lake still remains one of the most dominant key position players in Division 1. He booted seven goals in his return to the Lakers’ line-up on Saturday, after missing a thrilling draw against Werribee Districts a week earlier. He’s only played a handful of games this season but has 16 majors after being held goalless by Parkside in round three.
