Thanks EW. I saw a stat where he and Jones managed 18 marks and 21 intercept possessions between them.

If Lobb can be relied upon to be an interceptor higher up the ground we can leave Jones deep which hopefully will limit the number of goals Jones leaks purely because he is trying to do too much.

Aza I have been waiting for a tall CHB for so long, and at 207cm, I am hoping Lobb will continue the way he played yesterday.

It was just great to see him doing so well after having a really good game 2 weeks back, if he continues to play well in this role it could create an awkward problem with Busslinger as he would be pushed further back the pecking order with JOD also continuing to improve and do his job, it will be interesting to see how he goes against more seasoned forwards as could be the ace up our sleeve to strengthen up our spine to really push for finals and beyond.

Dwayne Russell has said that even the media aren't allowed to see anything beyond the top 5 in each game.

When Lobb was at Fremantle he consistently would play 98%-100% game time.

So with just a partial session being used as a defender Lobb plays a good game and holds a few marks.

Are you saying that because selection committee prefer Astro, Mara, & Darcy over Lobb in the forward line, then Spangher isn't doing his job?
