Always Right Match Committee Round 18 VS Carlton

Welcome to the Always Right Match Committee Thread. The Match Committee threads has been named after long time WOOF member Always Right who tragically passed away in March 2018.

If you were on the Western Bulldogs match committee, what changes would you make after our Round Seventeen match against Port Adelaide for our Round Eighteen match against Carlton at Marvel on Saturday afternoon.

For those new to these threads, please give a brief explanation for your changes ... this would add a lot of value to the discussion.

Let’s hope Jones and Weightman are right to come back in.

So JOD and Naughts are outs. Jones and Weightman replace them

    Saunders for Garcia
    BB.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

Heard Weightman could be 5 weeks, recurring of a previous groin injury.

    He's so injury prone.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Is it time for Buss. The big men in the backline are going down like 9 pins.

Buku is ****ing terrible man, Buss cannot be worse. Like brother spit in the air and they couldn’t be worse than what we’re doing, let’s at least see what he’s got.

You're definitely right but is it the right time v Curnow and McKay? I dunno. It's a scary prospect for game one.

Yep just can't take a trick. I feel we are better when Cody is in the team.

If Garcia doesn't replace either McNeil or Vandermeer and Khamis gets a gig before Busslinger the club is a laughing stock. Other changes depend on injuries.

I agree that Garcia should be in the team but McNeil and Vandermeer were better than half the team today. They'll get another go next week.

I think I wanna play Tony Scott every week from now on. In addition to being one of the best directors of big budget Hollywood blockbusters ever he is such a handy, tidy and professional player. He’s like adding shallots to a stir fry, you aren’t really sure what it does but it makes it better.

It feels a bit like deck chairs, it’s really our best and most experienced midfielders who let us down yesterday and they aren’t getting dropped.

If Jones and Cody are right, agree they’re in for Naughts and JOD.

If one of them isn’t available, bring in the Buss and play Buku forward, Lobb back.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?
