Re: Lachie Hunter
I always liked Lachie as a player. Incredible runner, great in the air, underrated hands, neat user, inconsistent goal kicker but many are. He was absolutely a death by 1000 cuts midfielder at his prime.
Shame he didn’t quite get to 200 games.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Re: Lachie Hunter
Off field stuff aside he was an incredibly underrated player until he left us and one of the better on field organisers we have had. It takes all types let’s appreciate what he gave us at his best.

Re: Lachie Hunter
Good player Lachie. A shame he didn't get to 200 games. If you get to 200 games as a player you get guaranteed access to the Grand Final.
Always a Bulldog premiership player and wish him the best for life post footy.

Had a few very good seasons for the Dogs, It's a shame he didn't get to 200 senior games.

Re: Lachie Hunter
Lachie was a gun.
Pity he considered himself royalty, and pity that was because we let him think he was from pre-draft all the way through.
TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Perfectly summed up but Hunter is another player for us who just wasn't prepared to pull his head in for a few more years.
We are seeing this with other players at the club as well.

Re: Lachie Hunter
His best was terrific, he retires a Premiership player and his name will sit amongst the great of the club forever.
A shame that he couldn't keep it together for longer.
