Good point. Rucks are useless anyway, we should have a useless ruck for a useless position (P.S. I love you Tom)

Darcy Fort maybe not enough of an eker on longevity (drafted 2018, played 35 games across 6 seasons and 2 clubs), but eking your way in to a grand final team after only two appearances for the season is elite.

Rename the thread if this happens.
Rename it. Amazing.

13 seasons for 58 games is amazing.
But how is his form in the last six seasons. This is the form that has elevated him to the GOAT. He has played 16 games in the last six seasons.

His early years with us looked to have him heading well away from the eker category. He has really pulled it back later in his career. If Gawn stays fit next year BTC will be lucky to play an AFL game and his accession to eker GOAT will be complete.

Max will be 33 before round 1 next year, and missed a couple of games this year.
I'd say Tommy's a very very good chance to play a couple of games at least. Add to that their non-existent KPF stocks outside of a raw Van Rooyen, and he might even get a run as a second ruck to give Max a 'soft' week of resting forward a fair bit.
It will be one of the few/only times I ever cheer a Melbourne player.

I hope plays and he gets to sings the song.
He learnt the North song. Sung it once with one win.
He learnt the Saints song. Never got to sing it. No wins.
Now he’s learning his fourth AFEL song. Would be nice to hear him sing it a couple of time (not against us)
