That's very disappointing as Jorja has been a good 2nd ruck.

I know we’re being well beaten but you can see some promising passsges & good pressure by our team. Just need a bit more composure & run.

Well done to Roos as it’s packed & has good vibe here at Arden St, Roos fans very civil and lots of food & entertainment for families & kiddies. Their women’s program is clearly top notch too.

Impressed with our effort today at halftime, we just need a big strong forward and better delivery when we go forward.
The big ones we have lost over the years .. Brennan ,Toogood etc has hurt us, I have no doubt if Toogood was still with us we would be a very much better team

    Dogs down 24-4 half time.
Only for North's poor conversion from set shots, they could have been further ahead.

A lot of effort and forward 50 entries for little reward. We're playing with an extra around the ball which means when we blaze away into our forward line, North have us covered. We've taken very few marks and unable to get any real control.

Grant and Gorham playing well and the midfield has matched North around stoppages.

Berry and Ahrens out for the match. Going to have to tough this one out.

Is it just me or do we get the hard run with the umpires every week ?
It seems that the opposition get a lot more frees and we are lucky to get any even though they seem so blatant .

We do give plenty away but the 50/50s never seem to our way

Got 2012 B Mac vibes going. Lots of cracking in and tough work around the ball. Not much composure, skill or fluid ball movement.
Definitely on the improve but it’s going to be a long haul.

We do give away a lot of unnecessary ones. And when you're playing a top team like North, we just can't afford to give them free hits.

    Agree. Newton, Huntington….

    And some nippy small forwards.

Just like under BMacc, we can't score

The difference is, that seemed to be B Mac's ceiling with us.

We were a dumpster fire at the end of last season. Finished last and lost a lot of key players.

Our effort is high and we have re-signed a few players. Young players are developing. By no means am I say we are fine but not bad for a first step.
