I was just thinking about Geelong's approach to out of contract players, and how they seem to target them because it reduces the opposition's bargaining power - but when Tim Kelly was out of contract at the end of 2019 and requested a trade they demanded an absolute ransom for him. West Coast dealt in good faith to support the guy who had openly committed to them.
The cats are hypocritical pricks.

How the afl let that Bowes deal go through is beyond me.
They paid for pick 7! That's why we need to get Jhye Clarke he was who they picked up.
