Nah, I reckon his body has had it with rigors of AFL. I doubt Pies will pickup Tomlinson if he has injury concerns.
Fact Melbourne delisted Tomlinson and Schache shows that they are not up to it according to their list depth.

Plenty of people discuss his flaws rationally. There's also lots of worthwhile discussion about him.
Calling a player who puts himself out there in the modern game week in, and week out Timid is a bit shit though. Maybe relative to the competition he might be at times, but it's disrespectful anyway.
Tim had a wildly interrupted preseason with no physical contact after an All Australian year. Subsequently he didn't perform week to week as we would like, and gave us the same worries about his ability to contest in a final. To call him Timid after spending a preseason out of action due to his head being banged up but fronting up anyway is actually pretty ****ed.
