I got pretty strong B and E vibes from Charlie and frankly I'm not too sorry that he's gone.

Bert & Ernie? You don’t like Bert, Ernie or both?

Re: Delistings and retirements 2024
Noah Cumberland had a fall from grace after a 5-for. He came down to train the juniors a few times at Brunswick. You could not meet a nicer fellow.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

I really thought he looked a decent player yet he can't hold a spot on what will be easily the worst list in the league for next year.

He has Billy Gowers vibes to me. Good athlete but his smarts and game sense are just a complete roll of the dice.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

Mitch Cleary is reporting Jayden Stephenson from north has retired from afl with a year remaining on his deal.
More of an In Bruges guy?

Hard call to make but if his heart isn't in it then why not.
Talented junior player, distractions at the senior level got the better of him.

I’d hang around a year for $500,000.

Getting paid 500K to stay fit and play some footy with a lot of mates sounds very tempting doesn't it?
Huge decision by Stephenson.

My guess is there is a golden handshake for some of it.
From the fire sale of Collingwood over several years. Grundy lasted one year at Dees. Phillips barely got a game at Hawthorn before being cut. Now the two North recruits are gone. I think we picked wisely with Adz AA last year.

Not that tempting if you don't really like the club, or football, or keeping fit...

I am willing to do some truly unspeakable things for $500,000 a year if any of the Cabal or the Illuminati are reading this thread. Drop me a pm.
