Bevo? What's he gonna do - go coach Tassie?? He's been our best ever coach but I get the frustration...just leave it for a bit.
Regarding Bevo - I'd like to see us extend his deal and time with us. It will take all the media focus away.
Offer a 12 month extension now and try and get it signed before the end of the year.
Have some incentives in it like if at the halfway mark of the 25 season we are something like 8 wins and 4 losses then we extend by another 12 months.
It really depends on how the club realistically see's our chances for next season and beyond. If we are about to embark on a rebuild then perhaps Bevo isn't the right man for us. If we believe we are right in the window then lets back him.
The club wants to grow the membership base and on field performances will play a big part in it. Having some coaching turmoil probably won't help that much.
