Couldn't have asked for anything more than beating the Hawks in a final then Chelsea away. Magnificent few hours.

    Still hungover.

Yep Everton up and about, they should be really given the fixture. Good to see them back amongst it. Order has been restored with all the big boys back.

Our season was always going to be defined by the first 5 games. Absolutely rapt with only dropping 5 points thus far.

Arsenal away, Burnley away first home game back in is hard, Spurs away, Leicester at home, Chelsea away doesn't get much harder than that. We are perfectly placed but we struggle when we should win so who knows. Good start.

City look the side to beat as they toyed with Bournemouth .
Early days though. That goal Boro scored should never have been allowed

Usually I'd be still annoyed about losing, but i couldn't careless atm. EPL can wait.

Me and the boy haven't moved from the couches in the lounge room except to stand up and yell at the telly, and Theo Walcott, since Friday night pretty much. Bulldogs Friday night, Footscray yesterday afternoon and Arsenal last night. #result

I dunno what we think we are doing. We should have been 5-0 up after half an hour but somehow still manage to score twice then the first time Cech touches the bloody ball he rolls it straight to the closest Swansea player who happily blades it straight Petr into the top corner.

We can never make it easy. But Swansea are a bit of a hoodoo club for us.

How long have players been getting sent off for bringing players down ten yards inside your own half?

I think the red was just for kicking the player, wasnt a tackle just a lash out. Xhaka has a bit of a history of doing that sort of stuff in the Bundesliga. Not a bad thing as you need a bit of crazy if you want to be a great team.

He does have very naughty legs. He must have because I didn't really think the kick out was any different to his usual manoeuvre so didn't really process it. Looking back I saw it but I really only saw him bring the Swansea player down the way he always brings a player down. Clumsily. But Xhaka did kick the Swansea player. First time in five years that we have beaten Swansea at home.

Walcot really should have ended up with 4 goals.

The fourth one was just a shank-a shit effort that deserved to miss-but how on earth did the third one miss? Technically Theo got every muscle memory and twitch spot on to have slid it between keeper and near post but it just caught enough of the post to stay out.

It was a cracking second half now that I'm not annoyed that our stupidity is going to cost us points.
