    Re: Nba

    Jrue Holiday, take a bow.

The signs were there in Game 2 that the series was shifting and they're now 1 win away from taking it out. You'd be a brave man to call this series though, Suns were close today. Id like to see them go through Ayton more, set the tone early they are using their big man and force the Bucks to adjust defensively. It might get Paul off Holiday's leash briefly.

I haven't seen a dominant Finals display like that in a long time. Giannis scored at will who ever they had on him. A genuine humble superstar of this game who deserves success. Milwaukee almost lost their team not that long ago so it's wonderful to see the organisation stick it to the NBA.

After game 2 when it looked a bit like Phoenix were just going to walk away with it Giannis just said "lol, nah" and that was that. What a monster. His defensive hustle down the floor showed how much he wanted it too.

That's one way to silence the doubters.

Giannis was so dominant, his efforts defensively were pretty incredible and he was huge when it counted offensively. Well done to him, nice guy too.

Yep, shame Phoenix couldn't get it done but Giannis and the Bucks were just too damn good.

Josh Giddey has been drafted at pick 6 by OKC.

I absolutely LOVED Warwick Giddey as a kid. My kinda guy, tough, durable, great passer awesome team guy. He was the Bulldog Revolution of the 90's Tigers.

It blows my mind that his kid is an agile play maker. Just so totally different to his Dad.

Still, great stuff and great for the kid.

What's caught your eye so far this season?

                      For me, a couple of things;

                      1. WTF is Kyrie doing and how long can Brooklyn pretend this isn't ridiculous?

                      2. Sixers need to deal Simmons. Diabolical situation.

                      3. GSW look like being the favourites. I hated San Fran so I feel like I hate GSW by association.

                      4. I love watching the Bulls play - Lavine and DeRozan have been fire together, Caruso and Ball have been huge pickups too. Fun and exciting team to watch.

                      5. Knicks have been disappointing - where to now for Kemba?

Mitch Creek dunking over Matt Dellavedova caught my eye.

Are the Bulls legit? They seem very Essendon to me, a lot of hype from their supporters but not much substance when it counts?

How about the Cleveland Cavaliers being legitimately good? Not many had that on their bingo card.
If Klay comes back at even 75% of peak Klay, the Warriors will be very tough to stop, although a fit Suns with CP will push them.

I think the Bulls are legit, currently have 10 players out due to health and safety protocols so their last couple of games can't really be taken seriously.

Bulls' defense is great and LaVine/DeRozan are a big 1-2 punch on offense. Not sure they can guard some of the bigger guys in the league (i.e. Giannis, Embiid, Davis, Jokic) but then again who can?

Vucevic is a big key, needs to be the 'third' guy and offer something on D for the Bulls to contend.

Nets v 76ers has been great viewing.

KD and JE getting in each other's faces, electric crowd / reception to Simmons, Curry cooking, Drummond strong, Kyrie's skills.

                              Nets are dominating.
