It was a significant punch.

On a side note, with the way players get shuffled around in the NBA I can't find a team that I want to follow and haven't for years.

Nominally I've followed the Spurs and the Warriors since my teenage years (David Robinson and Chris Mullin are my two all time favourite players) but I don't follow with any real passion any more, although I'm an unapologetic Steph Curry Stan.

I haven't seen the aftermath of the punch, but I'd be surprised if there's no concussion issues with Poole. Green didn't pull that punch at all.

Just another Green that "plays on the edge" I guess.

I still like to watch, but it's hard to get enthusiastic about it. It feels like it's lacking soul or something.

I was following the Warriors in the old Tim, Mitch and Chris phase but it's been years since I have followed the NBA in any serious way. I prefer College basketball now.

EW rejected us but I've got a two-tiered NBA fantasy league set up. Not a pyramid scheme. There's relegation and promotion.

The new second division has an auction draft tomorrow night. We are looking for one player to make it 10. Otherwise we roll with a bot. PM me if keen. It's free but possibly need to sign a few things away.

I actually think NBA as a product is more compelling than AFL. Few of my friends are similar and we watch more NBA than AFL.

Like you though, I still haven't nailed down a team to follow. I've been following New York and Brooklyn somewhat closely (saw a Nets game in 2016), so eventually I'll probably settle on one of these.

I've liked the Pelicans from a few years ago too, but I'm thinking I should support a team I'm likely to see live in my lifetime and I can't see myself heading to New Orleans as a young father anytime soon!

Open to suggestions, just don't suggest GSW
