Can you ask him if I can have like $60,000 or so?

        Thoughts on this horrific hit?

Watch Trevor Lawrence immediately after this horrific hit. His right arm suddenly flexes as his left arm simultaneously extends. This is known as the “fencing posture”—an involuntary reflex that occurs after impact in blunt head trauma. It signifies a traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness and represents a severe concussion. Prayers up for Trevor.

I watch a lot of NFL games and that was the dirtiest hit I have seen in a long time - probably the worst since the Pittsburgh Steelers (who else) deliberately attacked the knee of Cincinnati Bengals QB Carson Palmer in a play off game, causing a multiple torn ligaments.

The only punishment that is fair for the Trevor Lawrence hit is that the NFL should vacate the Texans' win, awarding the game to the Jaguars.

            OK.

#1. The Steelers are not dirty. The worst of the Bengals-Steelers rivalry (such as it is) has been from the Bengals side. Davonte Burfict come on down: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8iFSP_S5h8

Antonio Brown was a relatively normal human being before this incident...no surprises he has never been the same since.

#2. The Steelers own the Bengals (let today's game be evidence of that) and would have no need to attack Palmer to beat them. The Steelers getting to play the Bengals in a playoff game is like being given a free ticket to the next round.

#3. The Steelers are the best team.

Bills are the best and Josh Allen is winning it all. His fianc?e is also hot.

                Bills fans are insane.

Josh Allens thing today where he was credited with a touchdown pass AND a touchdown catch on the same play was insane. And the coach saying afterwards "Yeah - of course that's in the playbook" before making a snow angel on SportsCenter was PERFECT.

They'll choke in the playoffs though. I know this because they always have. It's what makes them the Bills.

They aren’t but they do have a coach who is a wizard that can conjur a 9 win season out of 22 random dudes and a dog.

This is my first year really into watching NFL (Fantasy NFL does that to a man). I thought the umpiring in the AFL was bad/confusing but I actually think it's worse in the NFL. It's so frustrating watching flags getting thrown play after play after play. The commercials also do my head in.

I can only reiterate that I’ve followed the Detroit Lions for over 30 years during which time they’ve largely been appalling. Like historically awful.
Yet the team they have this year is the best team I’ve followed in any sport ever. Absolutely fearless dominant mother****ers. An absolutely undeniable team with amazing leadership. Such a joy.
