Hoping Moyes gets off to a flyer

David Moyes begins work as Manchester United manager. Be interesting to see if we can hang on to Wayne Rooney but more likely he wants out as his relationship with Moyes is not good.

Arsenal have shifted Arshavin and Denilson and bought in Yaya Sonogo.

How do you see Arsenal going in season 2013/14 M.R.M.

Your going to struggle to sell Rooney with the wage he's on, the same problem Chelsea has with Torres.

If they don't lose any 'big' names to other teams I can see them being top two or three. This is a big transfer period for them and two big name players need to be bought in to progress and solidify to team, otherwise they risk building a side and having a Wilshire go similar to Fabregas.

Wenger has apparently been given a much larger warchest than perious times. It's got to be used. His abilty to find gems with little money is unquestioned. But to beat MU, Chelsea, MC he has to compliment them with proven players in key age groups otherwise the aforementioned scenario will eventuate and they'll be good honest also-rans with an empty cabinet once more.

Do you think ultimately chef he'll stay with us despite everything that has gone down in the past between him and Moyes.

Yep, I don't think either party has much option ATM.

The only thing that's going to make Rooney happy is regular game time as the CF, but with RVP there he's not going to get it. And with the wage he's on he's going to be very hard to move if you want to sell him.

He'd definitely be very good to hang on to as I think his not the best striker in the world but still a quality player nobetheless but from what you have said chef they might just have to make do with each other somehow. Will be interesting to see what happens there.

I'd take him in a heart beat to Chelsea, but you aren't going to sell him to us(or another EPL side).

I don't think will do that in selling him to a another EPL side. Was it true though that he requested a transfer to PSG - maybe that's fallen through - haven't kept up to date with the transfers.

I'd be pretty happy to have him at the Gunners.

Wenger is looking at Gareth Bale. He's been a long time fan according to the transfer rumours I read this morning.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
