I’ve always liked the idea of Buku playing forward. A lot of Jack Gunston about him. He also leads and separates so really think he can compliment Darcy and Naughton. Could be a really solid system player.

When he played forward for a period in 22, I thought If he could apply forward pressure he’d play every week. I believe his tank has improved since 22, so I’m hoping his forward pressure follows.

I believe the Bulldogs and Saints should petition for the labour Monday game if opening round maintains.

The dogs and saints both don’t have a marquee game. If it’s the first game in Melbourne it’s going to be min 40k every year under the lid with a big tv audience. It seems only fair that we both get the spot light for this game. Every ther team has multiple marquee games.
